How are fragile aquarium decorations packed to prevent breakage during transit? We are absolute experts in fragile structural logistics! Every Quartzlume piece is secured inside a custom-molded, shock-absorbing internal foam structure to eliminate movement during transit. Delicate branches, cavern arches, or crystalline surfaces are wrapped in multi-layer protective bubble shields and shipped inside heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated outer shipping boxes to guarantee your decorations arrive completely chip-free, crack-free, and immaculate.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your tank setup.

Water Safety, Materials & Aquatic Care

Will Quartzlume decorations alter my water parameters or change the pH balance? No, never. Absolute water parameter safety is our manufacturing standard. All Quartzlume decorations are crafted from premium, high-density materials that are entirely chemically inert. They will not alter pH levels, water hardness (GH/KH), or introduce foreign chemicals into your ecosystem, making them perfectly safe for delicate fish, invertebrates, and live plants.

Do I need to prep or boil the decorations before placing them in my tank? Do not boil Quartzlume decorations, as extreme boiling temperatures can damage the specialized fish-safe protective sealing coatings. To ensure proper aquarium hygiene, simply rinse the decoration thoroughly under warm, clean tap water for 1 to 2 minutes to clear away any ambient packaging dust before placing it directly into your aquarium. No harsh chemical soaps or conditioners are required.

How should I clean algae off the decorations without damaging the colors? To preserve the premium luminous finish and structural integrity over time:

  • Carefully remove the decoration from your tank during standard water changes.

  • Gently brush the surfaces using a soft-bristled toothbrush or an anti-scratch cleaning cloth under warm running water.

  • Strictly avoid using chemical bleach, dish soaps, or boiling water, as these aggressive elements will erode the non-toxic protective seal and compromise your tank's biological balance.

Returns, Hygiene Standards & Aquatic Safeguards

What is your return policy? We want you to view your aquascape with absolute joy! However, for strict bio-security, aquatic pathogen prevention, and cross-contamination health codes regarding livestock environments, we enforce an absolute policy: we accept standard returns or exchanges only on items that are completely unused, never submerged in water, and unopened in their original, factory-sealed protective shrink-wrap pouches within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend checking the physical size against your tank dimensions before breaking the factory hygiene seal.
